Fire & Security Engineer
As a Fire & Security Engineer you would be field based operating out of our Hartley Wintney office and reporting to the Technical Director and on a day to day basis the person(s) responsible for our engineer co-ordination.
The area of responsibility for this role falls across Maintenance/Breakdowns and Installation, therefore your scope of experience required is one with high quality installation practices with a superior level of fault finding skills, attention to detail and ability to complete documentation (paper & electronic versions).
Proficiency in all disciplines is essential as you may be required to install/maintain, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarms and Intruder Alarms on single sites.
There may be instances where travel oversees (Europe) is necessary to carry out the above role.
A rota based call out system is in force and inclusion within the rota is essential.
Day to Day duties (but not limited to) will include:
• Installation of our wide range of Security and Fire products on a small works basis.
• Attending system failures and rectify.
• Carry out system maintenance.
• Fitting and commissioning of communication systems (dual comm, Redcare etc)
• Assisting others on installation/commissioning of systems.
• Assisting with Technical Support calls from clients.
• Installation Auditing of newly completed system(s).
• Advising customers on new products & services
• Provide an excellent service to our customer
• Ability to work as an individual and Team member.
